Services

Shullin Boodoo Carpet Inc. provides flooring services that may include wood flooring, tile and stone, carpet, stair runners, removal, repair, refinishing, and custom work for residential and commercial properties. Services are subject to availability, site conditions, and the scope discussed during an estimate.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection. Pricing may change if the scope, materials, or site conditions differ from what was initially discussed. Changes will be communicated before related work continues. An estimate is not a binding contract unless stated otherwise in writing.

Scheduling

Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation. Weather, material availability, site readiness, and unforeseen conditions may affect timing. We make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing agreed access to the property, preparing the work area as discussed, and disclosing known conditions such as moisture or subfloor damage. Unavailable access or undisclosed conditions may cause delays or additional costs.

Materials and workmanship

Materials are selected according to client preference, availability, and suitability. Natural variations in wood, tile, stone, and carpet may occur. Manufacturer warranties apply where available and according to their own terms.

Project photography

With permission, we may photograph completed work for documentation or marketing. Clients may ask that a project not be photographed, and personal identifying information will not be intentionally published without permission.
