Shullin Boodoo Carpet Inc. respects your privacy. This page explains the information we may collect when you contact us through this website and how it may be used.

Information you provide

When you request an estimate or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, location, details and photos of your project, how you heard about us, and other information you choose to share.

How information is used

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, discuss flooring services, schedule estimates, communicate about a project, and maintain ordinary business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Our estimate form and customer communications run on a customer relationship management platform, HighLevel (LeadConnector). Information you submit through the form, including any photos, is stored there so we can respond to you and keep track of your project. Our website host receives the basic technical information any website receives in order to deliver pages. These providers handle information only to provide their services to us.

Text messages and email

If you share your phone number or email address, or call us, we may reply by text message or email about your request or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Website information

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. When you use the estimate form, it records the page you came from so we know how you found us. The form itself is provided by our customer relationship management platform and may use cookies needed for it to work. Our host may keep standard server logs, such as browser type and pages requested, for security and performance.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete contact information you previously submitted, subject to information we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
