Experience earned one project at a time.
After coming to the United States from Trinidad, Mark built his flooring career the same way he approaches every job today: by showing up, listening carefully, and doing the work properly the first time.
He learned the trade from the ground up and refined his skills through years of installation, repair, refinishing, and custom work. The business grew almost entirely through word of mouth—from homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors who valued clean work and honest communication.

How do I get an estimate?
Call, text, or send the estimate form. From there, Mark schedules an on-site visit to properly assess the space, the materials, and the scope of work, so you get an accurate and honest recommendation instead of a rushed guess over the phone.
Do you handle small jobs or repairs?
Yes. No job is too small. We regularly help with repairs, replacements, and problem areas that other contractors may not want to take on. Every job gets the same level of care and attention.
What types of flooring do you work with?
Hardwood and engineered wood, carpet, tile and stone, stair runners, and custom installations. We also handle removal, repairs, refinishing, and detailed work that requires precise cutting and experience.
Why are your prices sometimes higher than others?
Our pricing reflects the time, experience, and care it takes to do the job properly. We don’t rush installations or cut corners. Many clients come to us after being told a job can’t be done, or after dealing with poor workmanship elsewhere.
Do you travel outside of Central Florida?
Yes. We’re based in Central Florida and take on projects throughout the state, depending on the scope of work. If the project is a good fit, we’re happy to talk it through.
How far in advance should I book?
Availability varies, especially for custom work and stair runner installations. We recommend reaching out as soon as you’re ready to move forward so we can schedule an estimate and plan accordingly.
