Many clients reach out after being told a project is too small or too complicated. Mark takes the time to look at the job in person and recommend what actually makes sense.
Service 01
Custom stair runners are Mark’s specialty and one of the jobs he’s asked about most. Each runner is planned around the staircase itself: its shape, the exposed border on every tread, the landings and turns, and how the pattern lines up from one step to the next.
Service 02
Wood flooring brings warmth, character, and long-term value to a space. Mark installs solid and engineered wood, refinishes worn floors, and replaces damaged boards, paying close attention to the preparation underneath and the transitions that make a room feel finished.
Service 03
Carpet only looks good for years if it’s stretched, trimmed, and seamed correctly. Mark handles single rooms, whole homes, and commercial spaces, and can remove and dispose of the old flooring as part of the job.
Service 04
Tile and stone are only as good as what’s underneath: a flat, stable surface, a planned layout, and consistent spacing. Mark installs tile and stone in kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, and commercial spaces across Florida.
Service 05
Not every floor needs to be replaced. Mark takes on the repairs other contractors pass on, like a damaged board, a lifting edge, or an awkward doorway transition, and fixes them so they blend with the floor around them.
Service 06
Some projects don’t fit a standard category. For custom patterns, difficult cuts, unusual stair shapes, and designer-led ideas, Mark looks at each one individually and works out a solution around the actual space, often alongside the homeowner, designer, or builder.
