When the homeowners reached out, the existing flooring throughout the home was over 15 years old. The carpet had begun to wear unevenly, trap odors, and no longer fit the clean, open feel they wanted for their living space.
They were ready for a more durable, low-maintenance solution — something that would brighten the rooms, flow seamlessly from space to space, and hold up for years to come.
Our Approach
Mark recommended a full hardwood installation to replace the carpet and unify the home with a cleaner, more timeless look.
Prior to installation, the existing flooring was removed and the subfloor carefully inspected and prepared to ensure long-term performance. Each board was installed with attention to spacing, alignment, and clean transitions between rooms.
Special care was taken around doorways, baseboards, and edges to deliver a smooth, professional finish throughout the home.
