All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and project scope discussed during an estimate.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Pricing may change if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ from what was initially discussed.

Any changes to pricing will be communicated before work continues.

3. Scheduling and Availability

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows for scheduled estimates or work may result in rescheduling delays.

Specific cancellation terms may be discussed at the time of booking.

6. Materials and Workmanship

Materials are selected based on client preference, availability, and suitability for the project.

While we take great care to ensure quality workmanship, natural variations in materials such as wood, tile, or carpet may occur.

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where applicable.

7. Photos and Project Documentation

With client permission, we may take photos or videos of completed work for documentation, portfolio, or marketing purposes. No personal or identifying information will be shared without consent.

Clients may request that their project not be photographed.
